Verses 20-21...
Have regard for the covenant,
for the dark places of the land are full of the habitations of violence.
Let not the downtrodden turn back in shame;
let the poor and needy praise Your name.
The Lord will never forsake His covenant promises, though we seem to be going through such dark days of violence and evil. Those who are downtrodden, poor, and needy will one day be lifted up in joy and exultation because of His goodness.
