Psalm 83

Verses 16-18...
Fill their faces with shame,
        that they may seek your name, O LORD.
Let them be put to shame and dismayed forever;
        let them perish in disgrace,
    that they may know that you alone,
        whose name is the LORD,
        are the Most High over all the earth.

If I'm understanding this psalm correctly, it intimates that all those in the torments of hell know that God is the one true and sovereign ruler. Even those who on earth do their best to deny Him and suppress the knowledge of the truth written on their hearts will for eternity know that God is Most High!

...So that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (Philippians 2:10-11)

Even in judgment of His enemies, God will receive glory.
